Plain answers about data.
This site collects almost nothing, and this page says exactly what — in plain language.
Who we are
Sidekick Machines Inc. is a Canadian company. We build and operate digital workers for enterprises. For anything privacy-related, write to [email protected].
What this site collects
Nothing, directly. No accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers — and we set no cookies. Pages here load zero third-party scripts or fonts; every asset ships from our own deployment. Links out — LinkedIn, for example — take you elsewhere only when you click.
Hosting and technical logs
Cloudflare serves this site from its global network. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to block abuse and keep pages fast. We see short-lived, aggregate operational numbers; we never use them to identify visitors.
Cloudflare's own policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Contact links here open your own mail app. Writing to us shares what you choose to include — your address, your words. We use both to reply, and for nothing else. Our mail runs on Microsoft 365, under our control. We never sell, rent, or trade contact details.
Analytics
None today. If measurement ever lands here, this page describes it first, plainly.
Customer engagements
Building and operating a digital worker for a customer runs under its own signed agreement — data handling, security, residency, and audit terms live there. This page covers this website only.
Your rights
Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) guides how we handle personal information. Want to know what we hold about you — or want it corrected or deleted? Email [email protected]; we answer promptly. Unless you wrote to us, we hold nothing.
Changes
We revise this page whenever practices change, and its date below moves with it.
